Rock Creek Taekwondo is proud to offer an elite Olympic Sparring Training Program, running every Saturday from September 2025 through April 2026. This high-level training is open to both Rock Creek students and athletes from other Taekwondo schools who want to sharpen their skills for competition.

• Advanced sparring drills & strategy

• Real-match simulations

• Olympic-style footwork & timing

 

​Designed for advanced belts, this program focuses on elite-level techniques, speed, footwork, strategy, and conditioning.
