About the event
The Elite Team is a specialized Olympic-style sparring program for motivated students who want more advanced training, stronger competition skills, and the opportunity to prepare for local, state, and national tournaments.
Training goes beyond regular Taekwondo classes. Students will work on advanced footwork, speed, timing, counterattacks, distance control, match strategy, conditioning, mental focus, and live competition-style sparring.
Season: September 5, 2026 – April 24, 2027
